All tour package bookings require an advance payment as per the terms mentioned at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

Any additional charges due to changes in itinerary, hotel upgrades, or extra services will be informed and must be paid before availing of the services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@plutotours.com.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy:
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing charges.
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
No refund will be provided for unused services, including missed sightseeing or early departures.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proofs.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all required permits or permissions necessary for specific destinations.
PTW Holidays Pvt Ltd is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability & Limitations

PTW Holidays Pvt Ltd acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, natural disasters, accidents, loss of belongings, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Any disputes arising from services availed will be handled as per Indian law, with jurisdiction in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and the environment.
Any misconduct, including damage to property or harassment of locals, may result in termination of the tour without refund.
