Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2022.

At PTW Holidays Pvt Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before booking our Himachal Tour Packages.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@plutotours.com with booking details.
• Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline as mentioned below.

2. Refund Structure

• 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing charges.
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund applicable.
• No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided for unused services.

3. Processing Time

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used during booking.

4. Non-Refundable Components

• Flight tickets, train tickets, and other third-party services booked through us are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• Government permits, taxes, or entry fees included in the package are non-refundable.
• Any last-minute add-ons or modifications made by the traveler will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Modifications & Rescheduling

• Travelers can request a rescheduling of their trip at least 15 days before departure (subject to availability and additional costs, if any).
• Any price difference due to changes in itinerary, hotel upgrades, or extra services must be paid by the traveler.

6. Force Majeure Clause

• In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions, refunds will be processed based on the discretion of PTW Holidays Pvt Ltd and service providers.
• We will make every effort to provide rescheduling options or travel credits for future bookings.
